Large flattened Spinel twinned Galena crystals showing excellent morphology on this choice specimen.
The specimen stands nicely as in the first pic, but I took several pics with it lying down to better capture the crystals. No damage to any of the crystals in the cluster.
Some of those edges are irregular with lots of neat growth steps.
I've seen precious few of these Russian spinel twins in recent years and this is a good one.
