INTERNATIONAL PAYMENTS

PayPal is the most efficient method of payment for international destinations. All orders using PayPal require full insurance due to PayPal's charge back policy. I also accept most major credit cards using 'Square'. Let me know if you want to use a credit card and I will let you know what I info I need.

SHIPPING

Specimens are shipped within 1 - 2 days of receiving payment, or checks clearing the bank.
Default shipping is with US Priority mail service which includes tracking and up to $50 insurance. Additional insurance is available with checks, or required with PayPal.
I will ship the most cost efficient way to keep costs minimal.

The following are US Postal Priority rates:
1 pound - $7.50 - $9.60 based on distance (Zone)
2 pound - $8.25 - $14.90 based on distance (Zone)
3 pound - $8.70 - $20.00 based on distance (Zone)

Medium Flat Rate Box - $15.05 (no weight limit)
Large Flat Rate Box - $21.10 (no weight limit)

A "Priority Flat Rate" parcel can handle multiple specimens.

Value up to $50 - included in Priority Postage
Value $50 - $100 - $2.85
Value $101 - $200 - $3.55
Value $201 - $300 - $4.70
Value $301 - $400 - $5.90
Value $401 - $500 - $7.10
Value $501 - $600 - $9.55
Rate increases $1.65 for each additional $100 value

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Parcels weighing less than 4 pounds can be mailed using First Class International service,

with insurance thru a private insurer (Shipsurance).
Priority International service is a faster, more costly service with available USPS insurance.
Please consider using this service if you are purchasing high value or fragile items.

Returns / Refunds

If the specimen you purchased does not meet

your expectations for any reason, you may return the specimen in its original condition and its original packaging, for a full refund or credit. Refunds are made less shipping costs and less PayPal or credit card charges if applicable. You must notify me of any returns, and return the specimen within 7 days of receipt.

Please insure all specimens that you return, as I will not refund for damaged specimens.

All items purchased from Arrowwood Minerals are made pursuant to a shipping contract.

This means that the risk of loss or damage, and title to those items, pass to you upon our delivery

to the carrier. We highly recommend you purchase insurance, but we only require it when using PayPal, as we assume our customers are mature enough to make their own choice and take responsibility for those choices.

Should your insured parcel be lost or damaged, your claim is through the US Postal Service insurance claim system. We will assist you in filing claims and providing the necessary information, but we do not pay insurance claims. Insurance reimbursements take up to 60 days after the claim is filed.
