Specimen is composed of all crystaline Copper with a nice pseudomorph
of copper after Cuprite at the top.  Rare.

An old timer from the early 1970's when this famous quarry was yielding great specimens.
The main double terminated Stilbite bowtie crystal is 3.5 cm long.

GYPSUM var. SELENITE

A complete all around 'Selenite Flower' collected in the early 1980's from a dig in
Eocene sedements in rural King George County.  Although I collected a number of
these, most were incomplete and few had this delicate detail of 'swallowtail' crystals.
This is one of the best that I collected.
